First State Bank of the Florida Keys congratulates Jacqueline Luhta, Retail Business Analyst/Training Officer and Barbie Morales, Marathon Office Lead Teller on their fifth year with the Bank.
Luhta joined First State Bank as Sales Trainer in 2007 and was promoted to Retail Business Analyst/Training Officer in 2008.
Luhta earned a Master of Business Administration from the State University of New York in Utica, New York and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York.
“Jacqueline’s deep training skill set and retail banking expertise have enhanced our organization over the past five years," said Tony Romano, First State Bank Executive Vice President and Retail Market Executive. “We appreciate her service to the Bank, and wish her many years of continued success.”
Barbie Morales joined First State Bank in 2007 as a part-time Teller/Courier at the Marathon Office, was promoted to full-time Teller in 2009, and her current position as Lead Teller in 2010. Morales is the Marathon Office Green Captain, a Key West High School graduate, and currently lives in Marathon.
