Kay Miller, First State Bank of the Florida Keys Vice President and Human Resources Director celebrates her fifteenth year with the Bank.

Miller has over 35 years of Human Resources experience in banking and the hospitality industry.

“Kay is a dedicated professional and exemplifies First State Bank’s community commitment with her many civic volunteer activities,” said Karen Sharp, First State Bank of the Florida Keys President and CEO.

Miller is past-president and currently membership chair of the Florida Keys Society of Human Resource Management and a volunteer leader of HR Florida. She also serves as co-chair of the Key West Chamber of Commerce Education Committee and as the secretary of the Florida Institute for Workforce Innovation.
