Jeanette Williams, First State Bank of the Florida Keys Branch Operations Manager for the Main Office, was named the Bank’s Employee of the Quarter for her initiative, superb work ethic and positive attitude.

Williams joined First State Bank originally in 2003 as an intern. Progressing to Assistant Branch Manager at the Key West Winn Dixie office and Old Town offices was promoted to Branch Operations Manager at the Bank’s Main office this year.

“Jeanette’s nomination reflects+ her leadership, dedication and commitment to the Bank and our customers,” said Maria Garcia, First State Bank Vice President and Main Office Branch Manager. “We are proud to recognize her as Employee of the Quarter.”

A native of Key West, Williams is a graduate of Key West High School and holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance from the University of South Florida.
