First State Bank of the Florida Keys’ Lucy Cruz, Assistant Vice President/Compliance Officer, celebrates her fifth anniversary with the Bank.

Cruz joined First State Bank in 2007 as Compliance Officer and was promoted to Assistant Vice President in 2009. She has over 20 years of banking experience in bookkeeping, operations, lending administration, compliance and accounting.
