First State Bank of the Florida Keys congratulates Christina Gargan, Insurance Specialist and Frank Slavin, Mailroom Clerk/Courier on their fifth year with the Bank.

Christina Gargan joined First State Bank of the Florida Keys as an Insurance Specialist in 2006. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Resort and Hospitality Management from Florida Gulf Coast University. Gargan lives in Tavernier with her husband.

“We appreciate the professionalism and commitment Christina has provided to the Bank over the past five years and wish her continued success within our organization” said Tina Carr, First State Bank Vice President/Loan Operations Manager.

Frank Slavin joined First State Bank in 2006 as Mailroom Clerk/Courier. Originally from Philadelphia, Slavin has lived in Key West for 14 years. He is an avid volunteer at numerous Bank sponsored community events and is an active member of the Bank’s Relay for Life Team.

“Frank is a pleasure to have as a part of our team,” said Bill Chase, Assistant Vice President/Facilities Officer. “His great work ethic and positive attitude have made him an invaluable employee.”
