First State Bank of the Florida Keys is pleased to announce the promotion of Daisy Naseiro to Senior Vice President, Branch Administration Manager.

Naseiro has 39 years of banking experience, the last 19 at First State Bank, where she began working in 1993 as Main Office Branch Manager, was promoted to Vice President in 2005, and to Senior Vice President/Retail Operations Administrator in 2009. As SVP/Branch Administration Manager, Naseiro will manage and oversee the Bank's 11 Keyswide branches.

"We are certain that Daisy's banking knowledge, professionalism, positive attitude, and strong work ethic will further strengthen First State Bank's operational process, while continuing to maintain the Bank's high level of customer service," said Karen Sharp, First State Bank of the Florida Keys President and CEO. Born in Cuba, Naseiro attended Key West High School, Florida Keys Community College, and the Florida School of Banking.

An active community member, Naseiro's philanthropic endeavors include: Board member of Cancer Foundation of the Florida Keys, graduate of the Key West Ambassadors Program, past Board member of Cuban American Heritage Foundation, Take Stock in Children Mentor, and Challenge Day Mentor.
