KEY WEST

Lead Teller

Requirements include: Previous banking; teller supervisory experience; and the motivation to give exceptional and friendly service to our valued customers. High School diploma or equivalent required. 

Responsibilities include: Training, development, and supervision of teller staff; and supporting Branch Management.

Loan Closer

Requirements include: Flexibility, highly motivated, fast paced and the ability to work well under pressure; detail oriented, computer literate; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize and meet deadlines; good writing, English composition and typing skills. Excellent oral and written communication, customer service skills and sound judgment are necessary. Prior Lending experience, familiarity with current industry regulations and use of Calyx preferred.

Responsibilities include: Preparing, assembling and verifying closing documentation; ensuring timely closings and meeting all regulatory compliance; reviewing and interpreting loan presentations, commitments, contracts, closing conditions, title commitments and insurance requirements. Tracking and scheduling loan closings with a quick turn-around.

Full Time Teller

Requirements include: The ability to perform mathematical calculations and operate a ten-key adding machine. Candidates must have at least one year cash handling experience, previous Teller experience is a plus. Candidates must be flexible, highly motivated, fast paced and able to work well under pressure. Good communication and customer service skills are necessary to provide excellent service to our valued customers. High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.

Responsibilities include: Receiving deposits; cashing checks; verifying cash and endorsements; accepting and issuing receipts on loan payments; managing and balancing a cash drawer daily; proofing and encoding all associated paperwork; handling balance inquiries; and selling bank services.

Part Time Floating Teller

Requirements include: The ability to perform mathematical calculations and operate a ten-key adding machine. Candidates must have at least one year cash handling experience, previous Teller experience is a plus. Candidates must be flexible, highly motivated, fast paced and able to work well under pressure. Good communication and customer service skills are necessary to provide excellent service to our valued customers. High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.

The schedule for this position is 10:30am - 2:30pm Monday through Friday. It is a Floating position to cover where needed at any of our Key West Region Branches. Transportation with your own vehicle is required.

Senior Credit Analyst

Requirements include: 5-10 years credit analysis experience in the Banking industry. Successful candidates will have proven success in a fast paced analytical environment requiring accuracy, timeliness, team work, and excellent communication skills. Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workloads. Strong computer skills are a must. Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or related field, or an advanced degree or substantial related field experience is required.

Responsibilities include: Independently producing credit analysis reports, which detail strengths and weaknesses of loans; provide direction for less experienced analysts; and work well with commercial lenders and create a smooth process for underwriting quality loans. Other duties include performing thorough financial analysis on corporate financial statements, individual tax returns, and personal financial statements. Various monthly reports will be completed by this individual as well, along with numerous ad hoc projects and reports. This individual will have the experience and acumen to analyze the more complicated and involved credit requests. This individual will work closely with the Commercial Lenders to assure a thorough understanding and analysis of credit requests as well as an appropriate loan structure and securitization.

KEY LARGO

Part Time Teller

MIRAMAR

Business Analyst

Requirements include: Experience supporting project managers on various projects; the ability to determine information needs, best practices and business processes and provide recommendations based on analysis; the ability to conceptualize improvements in system design and operation; the ability to liaise with end users and project managers; the ability to coordinate project implementation and system integration; the ability to create test scripts, test simulated production environments, and conclude on test results; the ability to lead a team, assign roles, and keep up with project goals and timelines; the ability to create reports, monitor performance, penetration and goals; and the ability to multitask. Previous experience with system development methodologies; proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Fiserv systems preferred; knowledge of banking and lending operations and deposit products preferred.

Responsibilities include: Preparing project plans and performing post implementation evaluation; coordinating of new processes and integrations; participating and coordinating in implementation plans; overseeing system upgrades, changes and implementation; participating in the preparation of risk assessments; supporting staff and technology users; and staying abreast of new trends, products and technology changes.
