First State Bank Congratulates Hadas and Gil

First State Bank of the Florida Keys congratulates Kerry Hadas, Assistant Vice President/Branch Administration Officer/Training Manager and Michelle Gil, Customer Service Officer/Main Office Branch Manager on their new positions with the Bank.

Kerry Hadas was hired in 1990 as a Teller at the Main office, she progressed with the Bank holding positions including Customer Service Representative, Customer Service Support Representative, Head Teller, Assistant Branch Manager, and Customer Service Officer. In 2008 she was promoted to Assistant Vice President/Personal Banking Officer and became Branch Manager in 2012 before assuming her new role this month.

Originally from New Jersey, Kerry has lived in Key West for over twenty years with her husband. Michelle Gil joined the Bank in 2001 as Customer Service Support Representative in the Deposit Operations department. She was promoted to Operations Support Supervisor and IRA Specialist in 2009, became the Retail Branch Operations Team representative for the Key West Branches in 2011, then transferred to the BSA department as Assistant BSA Officer, before assuming her current role as Customer Service Officer/Main Office Branch Manager. Gil was honored by her fellow employees and managers in 2005 being named Employee of the Quarter.

Gil is a Key West High School graduate and has lived in Key West for thirty five years with her husband.
