Event Request Form

First State Bank of the Florida Keys is a proud supporter of the Florida Keys and their unique events. The use of our Tents and paid Volunteers are brought to local non-profits and businesses as a community and customer service. For consideration, requests must be submitted a minimum of two weeks prior to the event date.
