Here’s what you can do with Online and Mobile Banking from your computer, mobile phone, or tablet: 

  • Check account balances without logging in on mobile
  • Deposit checks from your mobile device
  • Set debit card limits and alerts and turn cards on and off
  • Check balances and pending items in real-time
  • View, search, and sort transaction history
  • Enroll in Text Banking
  • Transfer funds - between your internal accounts, to another FSB customer, or to your account with another bank
  • Make loan payments
  • Pay bills
  • View statements and checks
  • Manage email, text, and phone alerts
  • Send and receive secure messages
  • Apply for a personal or mortgage loan
  • Make address, phone, and email changes
  • Request stop payment
  • Reorder checks
  • Access as a mobile-only user
  • View ATM and Branch locations and information

The first time you log in to Online Banking, here’s what you do:

  1. Go to the Online Banking Login dropdown in the top right corner of your screen
  2. Click/tap Enroll Now Personal
  3. Read and accept the Digital Services Agreement
  4. Complete the enrollment form and click/tap Submit
  5. Chose to receive a confirmation code via text message or phone call by selecting your phone number on the corresponding dropdown. Click/tap Send me a Text Message or Call My Phone (standard text and data rates may apply.)
  6. Enter the code received via text or phone call and click/tap Submit
  7. If you cannot be reached at any of the phone number options presented, you may alternatively select the “I can’t be reached at any of these numbers” selection. You will be presented with an alternative form of identity verification by answering knowledge based questions such as “What was the color of your first car?”
  8. Once you have confirmed your identity, you will be prompted to create your new username and password and click/tap Register. The password must be between 8 – 64 characters and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character.
  9. Read the New Security Features and click/tap Continue
  10. Select your security questions and enter your secret answers. Click/tap Continue
  11. Review your questions and answers. Click/tap Submit

Congratulations! You are now enrolled for Online Banking. You can download the KeysBank Mobile App to your mobile device.

Bill Pay

Pay your bills on your schedule.  Our free Bill Pay service allows you to view and pay all your bills in one place using one login. You can choose from multiple checking accounts and schedule an unlimited number of either recurring or one-time payments, all with no check or postage costs and no worries of being “lost in the mail.”

How do I access and enroll in Mobile Deposit?

For users who haven't downloaded the app, you must first download the Mobile App from the iPhone App Store or the Android Google Play Store. If you do not have an Online or Mobile Banking account, enroll now in the login box above or visit any of our branches to enroll.

Once you have downloaded the app, Mobile Deposit will be available and ready for use. You will find it in the main menu under “Deposits” or simply select “Deposits” at the bottom of your screen.

On the move? Stay connected with our free Text Banking service. It allows you to quickly request and receive account information via text message. You won’t need to sign in, and it’s just as secure as our other services.  See Text Banking FAQs for more details. 

How do I set up Text Banking?

  1. Log in to your Online Banking account 
  2. Go to Menu and select Profile 
  3. Click Text Banking and select Register Phone Number
  4. Select Use the Mobile Number on File or Enter a new mobile phone for Text Banking
  5. Check I Agree to Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy box
  6. Click Add
  7. Enter the confirmation code you receive via Text Message
  8. Enter the code into the field
  9. Click Submit
  10. Select the accounts you wish to enroll in Text Banking

Need to move money to another one of your accounts at First State Bank or at another bank? How about to another First State Bank customer's account? You can get all three done  immediately or schedule for a future date in Transfers. 

Once enrolled, all of your First State Bank accounts will already be loaded in to Online Banking for making transfers.  See instructions below for adding an External Account to transfer money to your accounts at another bank or for adding a Transfer Account to transfer money to a family member or friend that also banks with First State Bank.

How do add my account at another bank to my transfer to accounts? (External Transfers)

  1. Log in to Online/Mobile Banking
  2. Go to Transfers
  3. Click Add External Account
  4. Enter the routing number and account number of your external account. Type in Account Nickname and choose Checking or Savings Account Type
  5. Click Submit

How do I add another FSB customer's account to my transfer to accounts? (Add Transfer Account)

  1. Log in to Online/Mobile Banking
  2. Go to Transfers
  3. Click Add Transfer Account
  4. Enter the FSB customer you wish to transfer money to's name, account type (checking or savings), account number and an account nickname. 
  5. Click Continue
