September 8, 2025
It was an honor to sponsor the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office 2nd Quarter Employee Awards Ceremony. Congratulations to Kenneth Fricke, Travis Lockwood, Jewliana Castillo, and Paul Petek for your incredible service and dedication. Representing First State Bank at the ceremony were Tammy Elwell, VP and Middle/Lower Keys Branch Manager, and Jack Thorley, AVP and Business Development Manager. They proudly joined Sheriff Rick Ramsay in celebrating these outstanding individuals. We’re grateful for the opportunity to support those who go above and beyond to keep our community safe.
