Commercial Lending Tailored to Your Goals

A better way to build your business. Loans are supposed to work for you, not against you. So First State Bank has created a variety of flexible lending options that are designed to help you finance company projects or expenses without all the anxiety. We want you to succeed. And we have loan options to help you do just that.

From our new Broward location, our Commercial team offers regional-bank capabilities with community-bank agility. With local underwriting and direct access to decision-makers, we deliver the speed and flexibility larger institutions often can’t match, especially for businesses whose financing needs fall between community-bank limits and big-bank thresholds.
